Not so! We contacted the company, and Amazon and had the most beautiful red boys bike within 36 hours...before we could even ship the girls bike back. Not only is it the coolest bike i have ever seen, they threw in a tee shirt and a hoodie. With the holiday season being so stressful this little glitch was handled with the most consideration I have ever dealt with. I can't even believe it was physically possible to get a bike her that fast. Great Product. AWESOME customer service and this mom thanks you.
