So much so I opted for next day shipping. Unfortunately when I opened the box I first noticed the fenders were all dinged up... I mean not a dent here or there, I mean thrown down a cliff banged up. So I thought maybe I could just get new fenders sent, so I pulled the bike out of the box to notice the parts are all zip tied to the frame and only a thin piece of cardboard and tissue paper that was worn through and almost all the parts were rubbing against the frame. The frame is scratched in too many places to count. I did not go any further. I found the manual with this on the front cover, "congratulations on your new bike! Cycle Force Group is dedicated to making sure you are satisfied with your new bicycle and want to help with any questions you may have." "DO NOT return product to the store. Please contact Cycle Force Group for assistance." That is a direct quote. Well don't bother calling the useless "customer service" The rep told me... WE OPTED TO LEAVE THEM OFF THE BIKE WHEN WE WERE PUTTING IT TOGETHER AND IT LOOKED FINE WITHOUT THE FENDERS.
